the training according to your instructions is going well overall.
Lilli (Golden Retriever) is 10.5 years old, had cauda equina point surgery in April 2018 and has been very active again since. The exercises according to your instructions work very well, with some Lilli is over-motivated. She especially likes the walking/trotting/undercutting/mountaineering exercises quite a bit.
So actually everything is fine, I think the program is great! The video instructions are really very clear. And v.a. your beautiful mahogany Golden!!! Best regards
