MSM, Glucosamin & Chondroitin bei Gelenkproblemen - so hilft MSM beim Hund und wie du mit Glucosamin und Chondroitin ergänzen kannst!

If your dog suffers from joint problems, there are good ways to support him specifically with supplements. There is a wide variety of natural “helpers” and in this article I would like to introduce you to three supplements to specifically support your dog’s joints. Glucosamine dog

What do I need to keep in mind when administering dietary supplements? Glucosamine dog

Time and time again, dog owners tell me about the multitude of supplements they give their dogs on a daily basis. However, it is not the mass that makes it. Much more useful is a good combination of selected supplements to support the health of the dog in the long term.

With the help of nutritional supplements, depending on the product, you can relieve pain, reduce inflammation or even achieve better nutrition of the joint. As a result, the dog can move pain-free(er) and better joint mobility is possible. This, in turn, makes it possible, with the help of targeted exercise, to delay or halt the progression of joint disease such as osteoarthritis, elbow dysplasia, hip dysplasia, or spondylosis – to name a few. Three supplements that nourish joints, relieve pain & reduce inflammation.

Glucosamine is very good for supporting joint cartilage and relieving pain. At the same time, it also has a mild anti-inflammatory effect. It is recommended to always administer glucosamine in combination with sulfate so that it is transported to the joints. One example is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane).

Chondroitin

Just like glucosamine, chondroitin occurs as an endogenous substance in joint cartilage and can be produced by the body itself. It nourishes and supplies the cartilage.
It also helps to counteract the degradation of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and skin.

MSM

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic, i.e. the body’s own sulfur compound. It is found to a large extent in bones, muscles and skin. MSM is also absorbed through food. It is found, for example, in meat, eggs, milk, broccoli and peppers. The effect is broad. It is used for joint diseases due to its strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, MSM also relieves muscle pain, promotes blood circulation and supports fitness. Glucosamine dog

MSM, especially in combination with glucosamine, supports cell renewal of joint cartilage, tendons and ligaments. Skin, fur and claws also benefit.

The brain is more efficient and the memory works better.

Can I give supplements even if my dog does not have any symptoms yet?

Of course, it does not make sense to give your dog supplements randomly, however, there are remedies that you can give as a precaution. Thus, they can contribute preventively to support joints and bones. Already in adulthood you can do something good for the joints of your dog as a precaution. Preparations such as New Zealand green-lipped mussel can do a good job of caring for and nourishing the joints. Overall, our nature already holds a great variety of natural means that support the dog’s body.

What supplements have you had particularly good experiences with for your dog? Feel free to share your experiences with me and other dog owners in the comments! Glucosamine dog
